Complaints
If you have any complaint or concern regarding the operation of your Sports Lottery then you should contact the RNRMSL manager in the first instance. If you are then not satisfied with the outcome the matter will be referred to the Commanding Officer HMS TEMERAIRE who is independent of the management of RNRMSL. Control and Codes of Practice
The RN/RMSL is an RN “Society Lottery” defined, licensed and regulated by the Gambling Commission (GC) under the Gambling Act 2005. The management, systems, procedures and fairness of the Lottery are inspected by the GC and the Sports Lottery Manager holds a Personal License. www.gamblingcommission.gov.uk

Self Exclusion
If you specifically want to block your attempt to join the RN/RM Sports Lottery, email us or call us (Civ: 02392 573028, Mil: 9380 28028) and the Lottery manager will provide a Self Exclusion form.
